[Drowning isn't a new experience for him. It is also something he actively went out of his way to experience, so waking up underwater with no recollection of how he got there or where he was, was definitely a way to start his morning.
Night?
It was a little hard to tell what time it was.
Regardless, he shouldn't spend too long here, especially with whatever was in here with him. It didn't seem friendly, and he didn't feel like finding out if it was or not. Especially now that he's noticed it watching him this whole time.
No, thank you.
Amizeth parted his lips, trying to feel which way the bubbles surfaced, and began kicking in that direction. When he got to the surface, he took a second to orient himself towards the shore, then began swimming in the direction of an...
Amusement park?
Crawling out of the water, Amizeth began to cough in an attempt to get any water out of his lungs and air back into them. His long white hair clung to his face, along with the heavy weight of his coat, making it hard to move and see. He pushed himself up to his knees, crawling a few feet away from the water before collapsing onto his back.
He needed a second.]
☽ Droplets of Starlight
[Now that he was no longer heaving up water, Amizeth found his way toward one of the picnic benches, and after some time of making sure it was as clean as it was going to get, he removed his coat and draped it over the table to dry.
He sat down on the bench, wringing out the water in his hair and wishing he had a comb.
He can question where he was later.]
☽ Wildcard
[Hi there. Hit me something. Anything. I don't bite. :)]
[Noah emerges from around the corner, intending to do something else, when he spots this drenched dark elf (?) sitting on a bench squeezing his hair out. Oh man.
Another person in the lake, huh? This is getting concerning, actually.
Noah (catboy mode) approaches, hands in his pockets, cheery as ever as he rocks back on his heels.]
[Amizeth takes a moment to do one final squeeze at the end of his obnoxiously long hair before tossing it behind him and looking over at Noah. He hadn’t seen anyone up until now, so actually spotting someone was a relief.
He hadn’t just been transported to some abandoned park.]
Mostly. You wouldn’t happen to have a comb on you?
Noah! Noah Ebalon. Just "Noah" is fine. [He beams, rocking back on his heels. They are very high heels.] Hey, you didn't come from the lake, did you? Just out of curiosity.

[Ferris wheel cars... are cabins. Kind of. Noah's using that word and he's not changing it.]
It's a little comb, though, so I hope you don't mind. It's probably not meant for hair as long as yours is.

[He made a rather dramatic sigh before leaning back against the table and looking Noah over.]
Thank you nonetheless.
[This whole place was strange. The masks were strange. At least there was a somewhat... normal person here. He wouldn't make his judgment just yet.]
My name is Amizeth, and you are?
